PFRIMMER DEEP MUSCLE THERAPY: Specific style of deep tissue massage, targeting all of the major muscle groups & their attachments. Developed by European-born Physiotherapist Therese Pfrimmer while searching for methods to reverse her own paralysis. The paralysis afflicting her came on during the middle of her life as the result of nerve entrapment, which she was able to completely reverse, through the application of this modality.

MYOFASCIAL CUPPING MASSAGE: Combines elements of myofascial release & Traditional Chinese Medicine. Flexible or rigid cups are applied to the body to create a gentle suction. The cups which vary in size from very small(for delicate areas of the face & neck) to large(for the back & legs) are moved across the surface of the body, to break up and release toxic settlements and cellular debris in the tissues. This suction also works to release adhesions between the muscles and connective tissues, creating rapid and sustained relief from chronic soreness & tension & discouraging tissue dysfunction. May assist in the reduction of cellulite.
