For over two decades, I have been serving the South-Indy & Greenwood communities with my unique blend of therapeutic massage & bodywork. I graduated from the Alexandria School of Scientific Therapeutics in 2002, and from the Academy of Reflexology in 2006. I am Licensed by the State of Indiana in massage, as well as Nationally Certified through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork. I have over seven years experience in hospital-based massage therapy programs, in the Women's Health Department & Sports Medicine/Rehab of two local hospitals.

The work I do is based on a blend of techniques, including classical Swedish, Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy, reflexology, manual lymph drainage, cranial sacral therapy, acupressure, trigger point therapy, muscle-testing, aromatherapy, myofascial cupping & reiki. I delve into my "tool box" of techniques in order to customize each session to your individual needs! The therapy I provide is always encompassed by my philosophy of practice: The body has an inherent inclination towards self-healing, but requires a little "push" to enhance & accelerate the process. Massage & bodywork provide that "push". Everyone is unique, and often require different strategies to support their self-healing & well-being. Lastly; healing shouldn't be forced, but encouraged & supported.

Massage stimulates the body's own healing responses through increased circulation of blood & lymph, subduing stress, interruption of pain signals to the brain, elimination of toxins & reduction of swelling & inflammation.
